Women's Retreat - A journey Within

This retreat is an opportunity for women who hear an inner call to venture deeper into themselves. Whether you are approaching this journey with a form of curiosity or the need to liberate things that are holding you back, we invite you to step beyond your limits, to open your heart, reconnect to yourself and to the beauty of sisterhood. Free yourself by reclaiming your body and your needs!

We will explore and express our full potential through different activities and techniques, by sharing our own experiences and opening up to each other with love and respect, in a small intimate group of 8 women max.

Activities 

- Dance and intuitive movement with Biodanza

- Yoga classes (suitable for all)

- Reflection exercices & sharing circles 

- Guided Meditation 

- Singing session 

- Beautiful walk in les Vosges forest

8h-9h30 : Yoga 

9h30-10h30 : Breakfast 

10h30-12h : Reflection Exercices & Sharing Circle 

12h-13h30 : Bodywork exercices  

13h30-16h30 : Lunch + Free time 

16h30-18h : Biodanza  

18h-19h : Guided Meditation 

19h-20h : Dinner  

Location

Large and eco-friendly country cottage 'Le Renard perché' is located in Le Bonhomme, Alsace (France) in the heart of the Ballon des Vosges natural regional park. At an altitude of 900 metres, you will enjoy the serenity of this retreat, the majesty of the panorama and the charm of a certain art of living between sky and earth, surrounded by forests and natural meadows, in a territory of rich traditions and history.

You will be staying in a shared double room. Toilets and shower rooms are shared.

 Breakfast, lunch & dinner included. All meals are vegetarian. Made with fresh organic produce, with love by Julia.
