This retreat is an opportunity for women who hear an inner call to venture deeper into themselves. Whether you are approaching this journey with a form of curiosity or the need to liberate things that are holding you back, we invite you to step beyond your limits, to open your heart, reconnect to yourself and to the beauty of sisterhood. Free yourself by reclaiming your body and your needs!

We will explore and express our full potential through different activities and techniques, by sharing our own experiences and opening up to each other with love and respect, in a small intimate group of 12 women max.

Activities - Dance and intuitive movement with Biodanza - Yoga classes (suitable for all) - Reflection exercices & sharing circles - Guided Meditation - Singing session - Nature walk

 You will be staying in a shared double room. Toilets and shower rooms are shared.
